Brian O’Neil
President, Third Lens Ministries
Prior to going into ministry, Brian worked in the banking, insurance and real estate development industries. Since serving on his first mission team in high school, Brian has had a consistent passion for serving God’s people both internationally and locally. Brian graduated from Auburn University with a degree in International Business with a specialization in Finance. He has extensive experience working in ministry finance, as a church administrator and board member for several non-profits. Brian and his family worship and serve at Church of the Highlands in Auburn, AL. He is married to Caroline and the father to four beautiful children.
Jack Godfrey
President of Greater Georgia Concrete LLC
Earlier in his professional career, Jack spent six years with Ernst & Young LLP in Atlanta as a CPA with an industry specialization in construction and contract accounting and then eleven years as a Chief Financial Officer in the construction industry with both a design build firm and a prime mechanical contractor. Jack graduated from Georgia Tech in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science in Management. He also completed a graduate degree in Accounting from Georgia State University in 1997. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (1999) and a Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional .
Mark LeCraw
VP of Engineering, Gaskins + Lecraw
Mark has extensive experience managing site civil design on both small and large developments throughout the Southeast. He has provided site design for large retail developments, outparcel developments, roll-out development programs, single and multi-family residential, office parks, public parks, and industrial properties. He is a member of several professional societies, has served on the Planning Committee of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Third Lens Ministries.
Bill McMahon
VP of Operations, Third Lens Ministries
Bill has over 30 years of diverse operational, sales, organizational, and financial management experience in both the for-profit and not-for-profit arenas. He co-founded a nationally recognized Program Management consulting firm that specialized in the delivery of large replacement hospital projects. Bill is a graduate of Auburn University, with a BA in Building Construction. He and his wife, Jennifer, have two children, Lindsey and Reed, and reside in Birmingham, Alabama. He loves the outdoors and spends as much time as possible at beautiful Lake Martin.
Brent Reid
CEO, Winter Construction and Winter Environmental
Brent joined The Winter Companies in 1984 as an entry level project engineer. In 1995 he became a Principal of the firm and one of the company’s owners and in 2008 led the senior management team in the buyout of the firm’s founder and majority shareholder. Brent is an Emeritus Advisory Board Member of the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology and past chair of the Construction Advisory Board in the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Georgia Tech. Brent is a past chair of the International Council of Shopping Center’s CenterBuild .
Tom Rhodes
Principal, Bradfield, Richards, Rhodes & Associates
Serving as Director of Design with Third Lens Ministries, Tom Rhodes is President of Bradfield, Richards, Rhodes & Associates, Architects, Inc., a mid-size architectural firm currently in its 45th year of practice in Atlanta. He studied at the Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Paris before receiving a Master’s Degree in Architecture at Georgia Tech. With a varied portfolio of multi-family housing, college campus work, resort houses, and churches, BRRA also assists North Point Ministries in designing church campuses throughout the metro area, across the United States, as well as in several countries around the world.
Katie Leonard
Head of Real Estate, Pratt Industries
Katie Leonard serves as Head of Real Estate for Pratt Industries. In her role, Katie provides strategic oversight and direction for real estate of all owned and managed properties. Katie is an established industry leader specializing in healthcare and higher education capital investments. She served as the 2020 Board Chair for the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) of Georgia and continues to serve on ABC’s Executive Committee. Katie is a member of the Georgia Tech School of Civil and Environmental Engineering Construction & Infrastructure Systems Engineering (CISE) Advisory Board. In February 2020, the Atlanta Business Chronicle named her as one of their “People on the Move.”
Ryan Austin
President, Hoar Program Management
Ryan Austin leads the strategic vision, growth, and development of HPM – one of the top 30 program management firms in the US (as ranked by Engineering News Record magazine). Ryan has helped grow HPM into a 150-person company which manages more than $1 billion annually in facilities during planning, design, and construction for clients located throughout the US. Ryan serves on the boards for Associated Builders and Contractors, Cornerstone School, The World Games, and Ingram State. In 2020, he was named a member of Leadership Alabama, an organization comprised of the state’s most accomplished and forward-thinking leaders who share a strong commitment in serving the people of Alabama.
